So, here we are again....it's early, I'm sleepy, but what else is new?
I've decided that I should use this thingymabob to help me track my sleepless nights. What a great idea! Remember it in the morning while it is still fresh in my head and jot down the times that I woke up.....hey why didnt I think of this before? (Thanks April!)
Bed: 10pm
Last time noted on the clock: 10:20pm
1st wake up: 4:01am
2nd wake up: 6.25am
Ha! Not bad, I actually slept for almost 6 hours. Longest in quite some time.
I hope it helps! You might want to note other things that you might think are effecting the sleep..or lack there of. If you felt too warm, too cold, had heartburn, stressful day at work, fight with Karen..etc...
