Dream: I had one but I don't know if I want to share. I'm torn, I want to write it down, but at the same time it was so personal I don't want to share. It's regarding a friend of mine who died recently. It as to do with war, a field hospital, and a raid.

Sleep Log
Bed: 9:45pm

1st wake up: 11:22pm
2nd wake up: 12:38am
3rd wake up 5:15am (alarm clock)
Went to CanSleep for a reconfiguration of CPAP. Levels adjusted +1. Also did an oximeter test overnight. 2nd straight night of no pills. Woke up with a massive f*ckin headache on the left side, between the eye socket and the earlobe. Hard to focus on bright lights.
Dream: Well again, I did have one, actually a very detailed one, but I can not remember it. I think when I woke up with the headache, it caused to me to lose focus on trying to remember the dream, and I just forgot. I'm certain the dream had something to do with Alberta, Snow, Rain, and an island.

Sleep Log

Pretty tired this morning. I did not take any pills last night but I think I could use another couple hours in bed sleeping. Last night was the best night of sleeping I have had in a few days, AND was not on any meds or meletonin.
This is for my wife: EGGSALAD!!
Dream: Again, I had a very long detailed dream this morning, but I can not remember it. It was neither bad nor good, it was just a dream. Almost like "living" a normal night. So I live during the day, and rest at night, but the dream was sort of a continuation of what I do during the day. Pretty sure Karen and Cami were in it, and I vaguely remember driving a car.

Took 2 melatonin pills at 8:30pm
Bed: 8:30pm
Last time noted on the clock: 9:03pm
1st wake up: 12:28am
2nd wake up: 1:15am
Been up since 1:30.
Dream: I dreamt I was on a military train that stopped at a town called Milijasevic. There were large yellow cranes offloading the train. The base was nestled between 2 mountains, and there were several larger hangers. The cranes looked as though they were loading tomahawks into these giant tubes. There must have been several thousand soldiers on this base. I do not think it was just one country's base, but in fact a NATO-type base. I clearly remember Russians, Brits, Canadian, French (France), but I did not see American. Once I got off the train and headed towards the hanger and I put my gear down, there was an overwhelming feeling of sadness and I woke up.

I just laid in bed waiting for 5:15am. I heard Cami cry so I went into her room, grabbed her from her crib and brought her to bed with us so that she would calm down. She was out instantly.
Dream: I had one or 2 but it's no use trying to remember, I just can't. I am not functioning at any reasonable capacity today.
Good news is I am going to Dr. to see if I can get a prescription stronger than Oxazepam today.
