Slept a little better. Woke up shortly after midnight, and again at 4:40. I woke up one more time at about 5 and finally at 6:28, just in time to shut off the alarm.

Slept like crap last night. Oh well....back to normal I see.

Slept like crap again. No fans blowing, but the windows were open. I think it may have been a little chilly in the room, but that is no excuse, I love sleeping in the cold. Taking advil at night seems to help with any back pain I get but I want to look into it to see if I could cause any damage to my liver by taking them at night.

Well I got a little bit of a better sleep last night. A few more of those and I might come back to normality whatever that may be.
